Introduction to SRP

During the spring semester of the 2020–2021 academic year, courses on Social Support Projects and Volunteering were introduced within our faculty; starting with the 2023–2024 academic year, these courses were updated to “Social Awareness and Contribution” and added to the curricula as required courses in our faculty’s departments.

Students at our faculty are aware of their social responsibilities and fulfill the duties expected of them in their social lives. The primary educational goal of these courses is to develop a sense of social responsibility and empathy while fulfilling our obligations to the community we are part of, both individually and through teamwork. These courses aim to raise awareness of the issues facing our society, foster sensitivity to social inequalities, strengthen the sense of solidarity, and reinforce a sense of belonging to the community. Through social support projects, all our students gain a conscious awareness that there are other lives beyond their own and have the opportunity to develop this awareness further.

The joint social responsibility projects to be carried out will contribute to students’ personal development while helping to build a strong civil society through the evolution toward a more conscious community.

We invite all our students to enroll in the relevant courses that will be offered in their departments.
