Social Transcript Events

The Excitement of the First Social Transcript at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences

In accordance with the Social Transcript Guidelines approved by the Akdeniz University Senate via Resolution No. 10/02 dated June 19, 2025, social transcripts were distributed for the first time at our university to eligible students in our Faculty who are graduating in the 2025–2026 academic year.

Implemented in line with the knowledge, skills, and competencies outlined in the Turkish Higher Education Qualifications Framework, the Social Transcript initiative aims to contribute to the development of individuals who are sensitive to social issues, produce benefits for society, possess well-developed communication, teamwork, critical and analytical thinking, and leadership skills, are aware of universal and humanistic values, and have an aesthetic sensibility.

We are delighted to be the first faculty at Akdeniz University to implement the Social Transcript process and to have delivered the Social Transcripts to this year’s graduating students on time. Our new graduates, who were eligible to receive their Social Transcripts, received documents detailing the social, cultural, athletic, and volunteer activities they engaged in during their studies, as documented in accordance with the guidelines.

We aim to continue this meaningful initiative, which supports not only our students’ academic growth but also their well-rounded development, with even broader participation in the coming semesters.
